PANS OPS teardrop speeds
Apologies for the simple Q
Im looking at a JEPP ILS approach chart for a runway surrounded by terrain with two teardrop approaches to 18. Rather standard for CAT A/B and C/D aircraft.
The HOLD overhead the VOR specifies a maximum speed of 185 knots very likely due to terrain and turn radius. The teardrops themselves specify no speed control originating from the same fix as the hold.
Can I assume (I know, I know) I can use standard PANS-OPS speeds from the IAF outbound on the teardrop as no speed is specified? Should the chart specify if the 185 is also required outbound on the approach (Tear-drops).
Any information very much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Best refer to the AIP chart for that approach and see if there's a reference. Jepps are third party information providers and reproduce the AIP charts in their own format. Sometimes they make errors and sometimes the details are not immediately apparent due to their format..
