NPA, coding, and selected approach on A320

I have noticed that minima for certain NPA are linked to coding on JEPPESEN charts that need to be compared with FMGS coding. Let's take VABB VOR 32. Its mentioned that with D2.8 the CDFA MDA/RVR is 650' and 2500M respectively. Meanwhile with D3.8 the CDFA MDA/RVR is 780'/3000M. What does this mean? If I were to conduct the above approach by selecting Lateral and Vertical guidance, do I still have to be concerned with these codings?

I think if you are doing a managed NPA using FINAL APP mode, then all these codings need to be taken into consideration. But, if the approach is flown using TRK/FPA mode by cross checking DME against the altitude then the coding could be ignored. Any other thoughts!
