Greetings can someone explain on the Air conditioning overhead panel in a A320 what is the significance of start written on both side of the cross bleed path. Thanks

I never noticed that before! The FCOM does not even illustrate it on the AIR COND page. My guess it’s the schematic of the bleed air going to the starter motor for engine start…

I was confused by the question as well due to the X Bleed being mentioned, thinking it was referenced to the X Bleed switch. The answer is as you guessed the two start arrows show flow to the engine start valves from the bleed lines and not referenced to the X Bleed switch.
