KOAK - ILS glideslope angle

Could someone please confirm that going back a few years the glideslope angle for Oakland Metropolitan runway 30 was 2.90?

If so, do you happen to know when it changed to the present 3.00?

Many thanks.

Not sure how helpful this will be, but the earliest chart I could find is from 2014, and the change section just says "procedure".

Does anyone have a copy of the ILS plate for KOAK RW30 valid in November 2017 please?
