KOAK - ILS glideslope angle

Could someone please confirm that going back a few years the glideslope angle for Oakland Metropolitan runway 30 was 2.90°?

If so, do you happen to know when it changed to the present 3.00°?

Many thanks.

Not sure how helpful this will be, but the earliest chart I could find is from 2014, and the change section just says "procedure".

Does anyone have a copy of the ILS plate for KOAK RW30 valid in November 2017 please?
