[EASA] SFI(A) to TRI(A) MultiPilot

Hi all,

quick question. Can You confirm that if You hold a SFI(A) on a type (MPA) in order to become a TRI (FFS only) it is an automatic procedure once You fulfil the experience criteria of FCL.915.TRI TRI — Prerequisites ? Should it be requested to the applicable CAA or it should go through an ATO ?

Thanks !

No idea. But why would someone not just get TRI in the first place? I thought SFI was just for someone without a licence or medical.

If you have a SFI you only need a flight with a TRE sitting in the cockpit to get the TRI, AFAIK.
