Getting back to work

As an aviation psychologist I’ve written this guide for pilots eventually returning to the flight deck and it is free to distribute. It covers how to get back into the “headspace” of flying including looking after physical, cognitive, emotional and relationship aspects of life on the flight deck.

Please contact me if you want any more information.

An excellent guide.

And I would recommend it even to pilots who are still actively flying, just so that they can understand other pilots a bit more.
