Cabin outlet flow pressure
Good day all,
Here is a rather a-typical question for a project of a friend of mine, which I hope can be answered by someone.
I am looking for the outlet air pressure from the individual cabin air nozzle, the nozzle which is placed overhead the passenger's seat. It doesn't really matter which aircraft it is, if someone knows the pressure from 'their' aircraft, please let me know!
I have inserted a photo to make it a bit more clear.
We would be really gratefull if the question can be answered!!!

Hi Suncruiser, I can inform you that ..... I haven't the faintest idea.
I'm a licensed engineer specialising in GA/Business aircraft but I think large aircraft wil be similar. The ducting is normally very lightweight; think vacuum-cleaner hose, but not quite as robust. Actual pressure will depend upon demand, but its only going to be slightly above cabin-pressure. Like the output from a domestic fan-heater, or your car's aircon.

This study mentions that the specified operational pressure for gasper nozzles on the 767 is 2 inches of water column. See the page marked page 26 (page 42 of the file).
