A320 MEL Ignition System A

hey guys, i am a very curious first officer here preparing for another sim session at the end of this year

This is written under this MEL:
it states, system A is considered inop on both engines when the common power supply line from 401XP 115VAC ESS BUS is inop as a result of either a loss of electrical continuity or a short circuit

Does anyone have in depth knowledge in this particular statement?

I have seen this diagram and i can't understand it at all
i will upload it with this thread for all of you to look at

Maybe I'm missing what's confusing about this, but it seems simple. Ignition system A for both engines is powered by the same electrical bus, so if that electrical bus is inoperative, both ignition systems A on the two engines are inoperative.
