LIDO Charts Manual?

Hello guys,

I'm training for an airline assessment where LIDO charts will be used. I'm looking for an updated LIDO manual that describes how to interpret those charts. I know Jeppesen very well but I'm really new to LIDOs.
Is there a pdf somewhere? I just found one but it's outdated and the layout of the charts does not match anymore those the airline gave me.

Thanks. I saw those videos but they cover only the main parts of the charts. I'd like to find something like the Jepp Airway Manual.
