Windshear in jet streams over the North Atlantic

It's a long time since my active flying days. Have those of your who are flying these routes today noticed any increase in the turbulenceor in its distribution? This study published in Nature seems to indicate that the vertical windshear is increasing.

Can’t say that I have noticed a difference through the 35 years I have been flying commercially.
