Cruising FLs in PACOTS

Hi there,

Can someone point me in the correct direction as to where it is stated that we can cruise at any FLs under the PACOTS? Read through the Jepp PACOTS section but nothing was mentioned. And does it apply in both organised tacks and user preferred routes?

Thanks for the info!

Suggest you Google, FAA Pacific Resource Guide and look under Airspace where you will find a document that describes flight planning within PACOTS airspace.

You must plan standard RVSM levels on both PACOTS and UPRs but 'non standard' levels or blocks are routinely
assigned on request.

Yes but is it stated explicitly that non-std levels can be requested?
