Decoding Japanese METARs

Anybody know what the items "1ST005 4ST010 7AC100" mean in the remarks section of the METAR below?

RJCC 121100Z 34015KT 9999 FEW005 SCT010 BKN100 M03/M05 Q1013 RMK 1ST005 4ST010 7AC100 A2993

I think it’s an expansion of the METAR giving cloud type and cover in octas. 4ST010 = 4 octas stratus at 1,000’, 7AC100 = 7 octas altocumulus at 10,000’...
