will depend upon airline and authority but in the main. CBT will suffice.

CBT.......... about half an hours worth including a short tea break.

About one and a half hour worth of CBT with a small online "exam" to end with.

Is there any true MAX full flight sim running anywhere? Or are CBT and NG-sims used being "good engough"? Has anybody experienced MCAS in action in a sim?

There appear to be varying stories about the amount of training pilots are receiving. Boeing sales clearly getting the better of the fleet standards department, the Lion Air case will no doubt be a monkey on their back. Lets hope the only one to auger in given how Pilot training globally has gone under the accountants axe

Boeing training centers have some, and Icelandair has a brand new MAX simulator. No idea how well MCAS is represented.
