Question Rules of Thumb

Does somebody have a collection of rules of thumb for aviation (as Word-DOC or PDF-File), like descent-planning, bank-angle in standard turns ...?? Or does somebody know a link to a page where I can find such files?

I'll be pleased, if somebody can send me files or give me a link!
My E-Mailadress: [email protected]

Thank you for your help!!!!

Rule of thumb number 1 : Use PPRuNe's search facility to find previous threads on this subject.

Check in Tech Log and Private Flying especially - this is a subject which keeps cropping up.
