- "AOA Probe..... CONDITION" Is the facing position of AOA probe important? How can I be sure that probes didn't turn by a bird strike or something and its facing position is correct?
- What is the difference of Drain Mast part and Potable Water Drain Panel? And how do they drain water from drain mast? There is a very small outlet on Drain Mast part. Do they vacuum water from there?
- MAGNETIC FUEL LEVEL..... FLUSH. What is FLUSH meant by that? What should we check here?
- What is Master Magnetic Chip Detector for placed on engine cowling?
- What do they drain from "Engine Drain Mast"? Oil?
- What is "Starter Valve Override Access Door" for placed on engine cowling?
- What is "Surge Tank Air Inlet" for placed under the wing?
- What is "Fuel Ventilation Overpressure" disc for? We should check if it is INTACT. It means we should check if the "+" part is in sight? What is the meaning of this part?
- What is Torque Link Damper for on Landing Gear? FCOM says CHECK CONDITION. What should we check here exactly?
- What is Shroud Fuel Drain for?
- What is "Toilet Service Access" door for? They drain waste water from Drain Mast and drain other stuff from here? Or is there another purpose for it?
- Why there is a "Wing Leading Edge Ventilation Intake" at the LH side of the wing? What is the purpose of this part?
I'd appreciate if you share your knowledge.
Thank you in advance.

1. No damage from bird-strike or ground equipment
2. drain mast is for potable water from sinks - waste water is simply released into atmosphere
3. fuel level indicator flush with wing surface
4. shows access point for maintenance to get at the MMCD
5. shows Oil and Fuel leaks
6. shows access point for maintenance do carry out manual start.
7. inlet to surge tank to keep vented and prevent build up of explosive fumes
8. 'X' shows if disc is in place - no 'X' visible means that an over-pressure event has occurred
9. mainly oil leaks.
10. APU fuel feed - any fuel leaking out shows APU feed line has a fuel leak.
11. Lavatory dump valve - its where they dump the toilets from
12. - sorry cant remember what this is for.

FLUSH in this context means that it is not protruding or recessed.
(or just look it up in a local dictionary and find a fitting meaning, here it is an adjective)
english to english dictionary say:

english to english dictionary say:
flush (adjective): even or level with another surface
- The paneling and the wall should be flush (with each other).
In English, “flush” has one of three meanings that I can think of:
The same level as the surrounding surface. Something that is flush does not stick out above (or below) the surrounding surface.
To flush something away means to wash it away with water (usually).
If one is flushed with success, it means one is feeling proud of a personal achievement.

New App
its not out yet, but I’ve had access to the trial version of a new Airbus app. One of the features is a walkariund section where you can click on -say - the AoA probe and find photos of what it should NOT look like - ie bent or damaged.
Safety folk from airlines can send through pics of such events and they will be deidentified and aggregated by Airbus snd published on the app.
It’s a fantastic training tool - showing real life things to look for. .
