If I enter a speed manually as VApp will GS Mini Function be available?

GS as calculated from FMGS Vapp or manually entered Vapp will be maintained.

Just to confirm though that you are talking about a Vapp entered into the FMGC and not a Vapp that you are using as a selected speed. If the speed is selected on the FCU, GS mini is not operating .

No it’s not as VAPP is computed by the FMGS.

If both FMGEC’s fail G/S mini will be the last thing on your mind I’m sure.

Bit cryptic, Capt Fathom... Are you referring to a manual calculation of GS Mini, as some of us used to do in the 1980s - pre-A320?
