A330 Emergency Elect.

In the ECAM actions for Emergency Elect, it mentions SEC 2 keep on.
What is the reason for this action, as SEC 2 will be on. Why would you switch it off?

SEC 2 will have a Fault light but IS working... ( check flight control page ) .. the " Resets " chart allows for a reset but there is no need and if you do so , it will be removed from its power source and will not return when "reset "
