Zero Flight Time Training
Does anyone have any web references for ZFT regulatory background (CAA/FAA etc)? Having been introduced in the 1980's, ZFT is now a "given". I am having trouble finding ANY references to requirements (Simulator Level D etc.) Please help!

In Canada with the onset of phase 3 simulation(side as well as forward visuals,and the capability to taxi etc),the feds forgave aircraft circuits bumps etc. the only case for a/craft time was with an initial upgrade to the front seats..
