737 EDTO Question
Hi All,
If one loses 1 transfer bus prior to entering EDTO segment but has both IDG's operational and also APU available can one enter EDTO segment or is it a diversion to alternate.

How woul you come to know that you have lost the bus...??
TRANSFER BUS OFF Lights
Illuminated (amber) – related transfer bus is not powered.
SOURCE OFF Lights
Illuminated (amber) – no source has been manually selected to power the related
transfer bus, or the manually selected source has been disconnected
• if a source has been selected to power the opposite transfer bus, both
transfer busses are powered.
Generator Off Bus (GEN OFF BUS) Lights
Illuminated (blue) – IDG is not supplying power to the related transfer bus.
Either ways.... Read the checklist....!! It clearly answers you... or do you want me to read it for u
