Private Boeing 727 autopilot

Hello,

Not a common config I know but I have seen it on a few Private 727s

A long shot I know but might anyone know what the annunciator circled in pink might display (it is not an instrument comparator)

I cannot find any info in my 727 manuals.

This particular cockpit is from VP-CJN

Yes it will be a FMA. But I need to know exactly what. i.e an exert from a manual or a photo of the FMA lit.

So, who owns this airplane ? Found this:

https://www.planespotters.net/Aviati...php?reg=M-FAHD

The company names don't mean anything to me.

There were so many 727s built over such a long time span that there are many variations on a theme.

Beige control columns ?

I don't recognize any of the avionics installations shown in this thread.

True but not many with this autopilot. I have only seen them in private 727s. Unfortunately VP-CJN is no more so I cannot see the annuns lit

edetroit,

I guess we'd have to know the history of this airframe starting at the factory. I have no idea how many 727s began life as a "private" airplane. I'd guess the majority began life as air carrier stock and morphed into a "private" airplane.

The avionics appear unique.
