A320 N1 Mode: CLB and MCT still available?

So you find yourself in N1 mode following an EPR mode fault. Manual thrust. With a normal auto thrust fault you can still use the CLB and MCT detents as normal. Is this still the case in N1 mode following an EPR mode fault?

Yes, in N1 mode the FADEC will still give you CLB, MCT and TOGA when the levers are in the appropriate detent. In unrated N1 mode (something you will only encounter in flight as you can't depart with it) you need to be mindful of N1 limits for different phases of flight and tables are provided in the performance manual for that purpose.
