Flex takeoff with anti-ice valve on.

Hello everyone,
I have a question about the Flex takeoff. The anti-ice correction can be used below 10C. However, for example the OAT=16C and the anti-ice valve should be stuck on, can I use the flex takeoff? Is there any different between A320 and 737NG?
Thanks for your help.

A320: as far as I remember there is no restriction for use of FLEX that is in any way connected to anti-ice selection, both wings and engines - voluntary or MEL condition.
