A320 High Altitude RTOW Tables

Greetings,

If anyone has access to take off performance data they would be willing to share, I am looking for samples of real world A320 RTOW tables for higher altitude airports such as Denver, Jackson Hole, Eagle County etc, and/or any of the airports in mountainous terrain like Peru, Nepal, Bhutan etc. Innsbruck would be great too. I'm also interested in finding examples of the engine out SID's for any of these airports.

The highest elevation my company flies to is around 1800 ft in relatively flat terrain, and our FCOM (IAE) quick reference charts only go up to 2000'.

It's for home use (PC simulator). Anything that anyone would be able to provide would be much appreciated, either IAE or CFM.

Thanks!
