ELAC 2 pitch fault
What is your question?
You seemed to have had a problem with a THS actuator, which is normally controlled by ELAC 2. I don't know why control did not switch over to ELAC 1 though.
You also appear to have lost ADIRU 3. Was the rest of the flight OK, and what did your engineers say about this when you landed back at base?

ELAC 2 PITCH fault arrowed in your photo was at Phase 2 - did the aircraft depart with this fault? It's an MEL Non dispatch ECAM message.
I only ask as the PFR doesn't always tell the whole story. Might have cleared itself before departure only to return in cruise. Might be that fault is inhibited in certain phases of flight and only appeared in cruise for that reason.
The two faults lower down at 1811 are your cruise faults
AFS : ELAC2
THS ACTR POS ERROR 9CE OF ELAC 2
What's the question here?

assuming you want to trouble-shoot this message.
Do the BITE test of the EFCS (ground scanning) Ref. AMM 27-96-00-740-00
Carry out this TSM proc TASK 27-93-00-810-836-A Incorrect Position of the THS for the ELAC 2.
And this TASK 27-96-00-710-022-A Operational Test of the THS Actuator Electrical Control (Activation for BITE Test).
That should help you isolate the fault.
You're getting quite a few other messages at the same time. What was the ECAM status prior to the engines being started??
