ATC occasionally request min clean a long way out from Heathrow to reduce holding.
They get what is practicable depending on FL, either about .74 or 250kts if in descent.
Green dot in a heavy 321 coincides with VLS (that's roughly equivalent to the top of your amber hockey stick on a Boeing).
