Pull for selected speed.

Aviate, navigate, communicate.

Work through the ECAM. When you get to status, run the after take-off checks, then check for any computer resets, and OEBs. Then work through status and work out landing distance required. Select a suitable runway at an airfield with suitable weather and land.

Pull for selected speed.
That won't help much.

You're dumped into alternate law and you loose AP / AT / FD / FMAs plus your characteristics speeds are gone too so priority will be to ANC - Pitch / Power.

Climb it up. Navigate somewhere sensible and level off. Get it under nice control. Personally i'd hand control over to the RHS and run through the bits and pieces.
You can whack out the QRH to confirm your S / F speed to fly.

You could get a stall warning when configuring for the approach but that is mainly relevant when configuring from clean (no slats) which shouldn't be the case in your scenario.

It's a direct law landing so i'd like a longer final. You also don't have characteristic speeds in front of you but you can justl select Placard -5 (but manual thrust to control the speed obviously).
Flap 3. VAPP. Establish on final descent path. Gear down. Minimal trim changes needed hopefully.

Consider the go around too. Non standard due to the slat problem and also direct law go around to start with until the gear is up so being careful of the pitch / power couple.

Double SFCC failure is not so easy. It will trip AP, FDs and ATHR. Flight controls will be in alternate law without protections. You won't have any characteristic speeds VLs, S, F, VFE NEXT, VSW, Vmax are lost. While reducing speed below 200kts without slat it is very easy to get stall warning and if you take action watch out for over speed. Also during approach without VLs display and manual thrust it requires a good scan to avoid stall.
