B777 windshear recovery

Could somebody enlight me please? I would like to know at what altitude is the windshear warning operating ( not the PWS, the FCOM is pretty clear about this). I use to remember between 2300 feet and 50 feet but can't find anything.

Have a close look at FCOM , WARNING SYSTEMS. Immediate Windshear Alerts. 1500' RA ?
