Recue and fire fighting

Hello guys, here i bring you a operational dubd i have about rescue and fire fighting categoies, i fly a 737CL wich is cat 6 (cat b FAA) and im departing to my destination which have a higher category, the problem is that the alternate we used to have for the destination have been downgraded to cat 5 (cat A FAA) under the 737CL CAT.

May i still use that airport as an alternate for my destination?

We operate under part 121, i cannot find any regulation which prohibits the operation, i would appreciate if anyone can help me on thisone!

Regards,
Nico

If you're operating under 121, all your approved alternates should be in your Ops Specs.
