B737 fuel comsumption increase

Hello

Forgive my ignorance, i know that in B737-800 in case of hyd system A failure, we cannot retract the gear and the fuel consumption will increase about %90

can anyone give me a rule of thumb of the fuel consumption increase in case of Sys B failure and we have to divert after a go around and the trailing edge flaps are stuck at position 15 and leading edge flaps are up ?

How would you be in that configuration?

Just look at the fuel consumption and use basic calculations to work it out.
