ATR 72 in Low Visibility Operations

What is the maximum landing capability of the ATR72 to perform ILS in Low Visibility Operations?

Can it do autoland? CAT 3B with DH?

The airplane is certified for just ILS Cat. I and Cat. II operations.
For Cat. II operations, the flight crew and the runway sould be Cat. II certified as well.
