737 pressurization question..

what if I climb FL 250(MCP) without changing pressurization FLT ALT?
ex) MCP 250....PRESSURIZATION FLT ALT 200.
MCP 300... PRESSURIZATION FLT ALT 200 OR SOMETHING?
