The Android app is called "JeppTC" (for Terminal Charts, I assume). It is quite basic, with no flight planning or route-building capability. It does have all the Terminal charts (with own-ship position on 10-9s) which work/display well. That said, on some devices the charts won't display properly; try the app, which has some demo charts, to see if your device works. Jepp also has a disclaimer.
Jeppesen supply the paper enroute charts.
For my type of operation, JeppTC fits the bill nicely. JeppFD looks very pretty and gizmo-ish most of which appears unnecessary.
