Landing Climb Limit Weight

What is the Minimum Airport Elevation to calculate landing climb limit weight? I believe they have a circular in India on this. Cant seem to find it.

Does climb limit mass just depend on airport elevation? I thought missed approach obstacle clearance also plays a part? Along with other things too maybe?

Landing and approach climb limits are straight AFM WAT considerations .. similar to segment climb limits for takeoff. Obstacles are not relevant and are considered separately.

I'm interested to see what answers arise .. the limits apply for whatever Hp range landing is approved.

Perhaps I just don't quite understand the OP's question ?

EU-OPS 1.510 Landing – Destination and Alternate Aerodromes
(a) An operator shall ensure that the landing mass (…) does not exceed the maximum landing mass for the altitude and the ambient temperature expected for the estimated time of landing at the destination and alternate aerodrome.

Missed Approach gradient is checked at destination airport altitude.

Factors affect affecting Restricted Landing Weight RLW

Engine out perf, Weight,Alt,Temp (WAT), Rwy length (LDA) , slope and surface conditions (dry, wet, slippery, and braking action) and wind components, and to some extent humidity.
