1. What is the size of Primary Flight Display and Navigation Display in a320 and b737? (?cm x ?cm)
2. What is the distance between PFD and pilot's eyes? (?cm)

Distance between the PFD and Nav Display
From what I am reading you need info for prescribing Glasses for intermediate vision for viewing the instruments. The best way to get the correct distance is to fully extent one arm with the index finger extended, this is the distance to the ADI.
