A380 Zone Temp Problems
I have a question for those that know about the 380 Zone Controls.
Wife went Oz to UK and back on 380 down the back in steerage, froze on 3 of the sectors, so did the rest of the pax, and was told by surly cabin crew the temp was 24c and if they put it any higher that pax would faint. She thought she was in a ski resort with all the coats. She was a hostie for several years so knows about cabin temps.
I drove 320/340.300/ 340.500 for 15 years and many times had problems with different zone temps. Is it the same with 380, maybe worse with such a huge volume ?
Thks in advance

Not usually an issue, though I did have this sometimes on the A330 previously. The Purser/Number One/SCC/ has control over the individual zones by use of their panel, as long as the FD is set to 'Purser'.
