A320 chocks
I was doing an external inspection and there came the safety department chief .I didn't know I was being monitored the whole time. Anyways after I completed I was asked what is the number of chocks requirement for an a320 per wheel .like how many one before the main wheel and one behind it .well it came to my mind as long as the there is one chock keeping the aircraft stationary it really doesn't matter .So what is the right answer. How many per wheel since I can't find the answer

The 320 AMM states one chock per tyre (or one long enough to cover both) for parking in a reaady for flight conditoon - one in front and one behind.
I've known a regulator to ping an operator on this (not A320 but was also specified in that aircraft's AMM).
But tell your friendly safety inspector, unless its written in your FCOM, ensuring the correct number of chocks should be a maintenance procedure! Especially if you're doing the walk around, an engineer has already cleared it for flight, and you didn't leave it there!

We have to have a chock front and rear of one nose wheel and a chock front and rear of one mainwheel, four chocks in total. This is deemed sufficient for us to release the parking brake to allow the brakes to cool.

Check your Ops Manual. You should find useful information on it. Ours specify that our chocks must be made of rubber or wood. It does not say how many. It just states that they should be long enough to cover both tires otherwise it is one chock per tire.
