what happens if the EGPWS fails, what happens with all this warnings: "Donīt sink" "Pull up"...... how many different channels you have - 7?

If you're airborne, you soil your underwear and if you are aware of your position in space compared with MSA, you might like to make sure you're above the DOMINANT MSA for the sector, then start fault-finding AFTER the 'frame is under control and being FLOWN?

There are 7 different modes available on most EGPWS.

Some modes have to work for an AC to be dispatched. It also affects being P-RNAV (RNAV1) capable.
