q400 Propeller windmill speed

Hi fellow Q400 drivers

Perhaps some of you might be able to shine some light on a discrepency found between two seperate Q400 simulators in Europe.

Simulator One (CAE) windmills the propeller, without the authfoeather system activated, to apx. 850 RPM after an engine failure during the later stages of a climbout.

Simulator Two (Flight Safety), in the same scenario, windmills the propeller at approximately 400 RPM.

Obviously quite a large difference in drag. Any insight to system design or experience as to the difference between the two?
