Angel A320 Speed Protection.

A320 over speed protection is given in Airspeed tape of PFD as a green = sign , if the a/c speed reaches beyond "over speed protection speed " will there be any over speed protection from the control law ?

What is given on speed tape = is when flight control high speed protection comes in by stopping auto trim and applying nose up demand. The other is speed protection when flying manually and not following FDs in climb when speed reaches VFE the FMA disappears and the auto thrust changes to speed and managed speed changes to select speed target, thrust goes to idle and speed is brought back, opposite will happen in descent.
