Doc f reference for fuel jettisoning

Hi folks
I would like to know which one is the document of reference for the fuel jettisoning procedure in easa land, in terms of altitude, and the equivalent of the CAP493 - 7000ft in winter, 4000ft in summer - or if the specific minimum altitude is left at any state discrection and as such the national AIP must be referred to.
