What is the procedure for the A320 IR 1+2+3 fault?

There isn't one!!
You are down to the ISIS, the SB compass, the PFD VSI is now barometric and very sensitive (value is in an amber box). You can press the PFD/ND XFR button to bring the VSI nearer to the ISIS. CM 1 is best placed to be the PF. Turns can be timed for best results. It is a very demanding situation, but can end up in a safe ILS and landing with a bit of help from the nice radar man.

Thank you for answering! I finally found it on the FCTM
I thought there was a procedure on the FCOM (all IR fault) but it has disappeared
