Howdy. Need to know if a DHC6-300 Twin Otter can operate in/out of a paved 500m strip at sea level ISA+15 at MAX gross wt. Seems the books might indicate a limiting landing distance due to no reverse - is this correct?

Marginal takeoff distance to 50 feet, according to my Flight Safety performance data. Doable without obstacles.
There is a max performance STOL operation they teach with more than the standard takeoff flap setting, but you better not have an engine issue on takeoff before reaching Vyse.
Performance landing distance is without reverse, and using reverse is incredibly effective. GW requires about 1700' (without reverse) according to the book.
