EASA holdover time tables?

It has been duly noticed that FAA have issued their "OFFICIAL FAA HOLDOVER TIME TABLES WINTER 2013-2014".

Does EASA also publish equivalent tables ? If yes, where do they hide them?

It is not exactly published by EASA but there is a seasonal chart by the "european regional airlines comittee" or an organisation with a name similair to it. Which includes airlines like BA,AF, etc etc etc to my knowledge

You are probably thinking of Association of European Airlines (AEA) who is publishing Training Recommendations and Background Information for De-Icing /Anti-Icing of Aeroplane on the Ground // 10th Edition August 2013

I am specifically looking for "something" with an EASA stamp.
