Oceanic RNP-4

Is there any oceanic airspace that is RNP 4 required or can RNP-10 get us around anywhere out over the water?

Here are some references. Not many areas are currently RNP-4, which requires CPDLC and ADS. Currently, RNP-10 is the required standard, as far as I can tell, with -4 being operator optional in only a few areas.
