Question regarding aircraft category groups

I was flying into Manchester England, EGCC. On our Jeppesen briefing pages 10-1P for Manchester, England there was a reference to 2 groups of aircraft that our publication (Jeppesen) referenced but I could not identify.

The reference was under nighttime restrictions 1.2.3

They were Q8 and Q16 group aircraft.

Can anyone help me understand the information? Could you also reference the publication ?

If you look in the EGCC IAIP you will only find dB(A) limitations for nighttime ops. (here)

Those numbers published look like QC numbers used at LHR/LGW/STN though this is only a guess. Reference for that scheme here
