RR trent 500 upgrades
It has been stated in the press that RR will be going to Johannesburg to discuss mid life updates for the Trent 500 engines on SAA's A340-600.
Does anyone have an idea what is involved in this update and how they plan to achieve the claimed 1% fuel burn improvement?
