Lightbulb An (Electric) self rotating wing

I've read about the lift produced by a Rotating Disc? But, You can get More Lift at Slower Speeds with a Typical Airfoil.A Large wing can be Rotated Easily with it's Own Motor! It Just makes more sense than a Turbine Spinning a Disc at near Super Sonic Speeds to get the Same Lift Well not Super Sonic But, You get the Idea? Finishing 2nd prototype to build them as a Unit Powered by an E.V. That would Drive in and Out of it! A Smart Car would make a Great Cockpit. And a Large enough Rotating Wing would Lift it Easily

Rotating a large wing with a motor? Hmm. He might be on to something. Its off to the patent office.

P.S. Why not give it a cool name like 'helicopter'?
