Oceanic Clearance Gander or New York?
This question is in reference to the border of NY and Gander FIRs for eastbound NAT flights.
Might be dumb question but, is there any document that clearly depicts which controlling agency to call for oceanic clearance based on what your coast out fix is? The Jeppesen Atlantic chart leaves a great deal to be desired in terms of clarity. I believe TALGO is the southern most fix for Gander?
