Jeppesen 10-9S question
I have a question about Jeppesen chart 10-9S. For ILS 07L(and other ILS's), there are visibility requirements for FULL, Limited and ALS out. Does Limited mean any runway lighting or combination of lighting equipment unserviceable aside from ALS?

From a look at the Jeppesen legend, I take it the 'limited' column refers to approaches under EU-OPS that do not meet the criteria in (d)(5) of Appendix 1 (New) to OPS 1.430. For those approaches there is an RVR limit of 750 m.

Just as a sidenote: According to the Jeppy legend, 'FULL' does not refer to the approach lights; it signifies ''All components of ILS are operating'.

I should have posted the exact references before. Sorry.
My posts were based on a look at the Introduction to Jeppesen Navigation Charts on their website. Concerning the 'Limited' column, see p 96 (bottom) of the PDF, p 58 for the definition of 'FULL'.
