Anyone know what mean CBL/CON on Auto Pilot selector (B-787)

CLB/CONT - Climb/Continous thrust.

One button push to get climb or continous thrust as the selected thrust limit. Rarely used on previous Boeing models. Depending upon FMC model on some a/c you have to select CLB/CONT after leveling off in cruise.
